Verification of Identity
Before any transaction occurs, all sellers and purchasers must undergo a 100-point identification check. This can be completed by our friendly team face to face in our Wyong office. What is required is for the parties to supply original identification documents including proof of citizenship and or residency status.
Alternatively, if you are unable to attend our office, we can arrange for an electronic verification to be completed by you in the comfort of your own home. Please note additional fees apply for this service.
