Arlene is a licensed conveyancer with NSW Fair Trading, as well as a certified practising conveyancer with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW. She is also a Justice of the Peace. Originally from New Delhi, India, Arlene is conversant in Hindi and is familiar with Indian culture, enabling her to reduce cultural barriers in the process of selling homes and businesses.
Arlene was one of the first licensed conveyancers on the Central Coast. With more than 40 years’ experience in the preparation of contracts, agreements and leases, she sets out to negotiate the best possible outcome deals for clients throughout the region.
It is often commented by her clients that Arlene’s eye for detail and calming demeanour is why they keep coming back.
